Enter your login and password and click Submit. Remember that logins and passwords ARE case sensitive. A successful login will bring you to the Technician Assessment page.

View Tasks (Assessments)
If you are required to take an assessment, you will find them listed under the "View Tasks" section in the right column of the page. A yellow dot in front of the task name means that this task has not been completed and is not past the task due date. A red dot means that the task has not been completed and is past its due date. Completed tasks (successful or unsuccessful) will appear with a green dot and can be viewed by selecting the "Completed" option and clicking "Go" in the task search area.

Taking an Assessment
To take an assessment, click on the assessment task name in the "View Tasks" section in the right column of the page. You will see a detailed view of the task showing Task Name, Description, Due Date, Who Will Be Notified Upon Completion. To begin the assessment, click on the "Click to Begin" button. Note that the assessments in the JAARN program are timed. When the assessment window opens, the timer begins. If you close this page without clicking "Continue", the clock will restart with the maximum allotted time the next time the assessment is accessed. If you click continue, you must complete the assessment in the allotted time or you risk not passing. Once in the assessment, follow the instructions on the beginning page.

Passing an Assessment
If you complete the exam in the allotted time with a passing grade, the Network Support Team will be notified and the task to take that assessment will be marked complete (successful). Refreshing the Technician Assessment page will show the task in the "Completed" section of the "View Tasks Area"

Failing an Assessment
Should you not complete the exam with a passing grade, the Network Support Team will be notified and the task to take that assessment will be marked complete (unsuccessful). Each of the assessments (Body and Paint) allows two chances to pass. If this was your first attempt to pass the assessment, a new task will automatically be created for you to take another assessment. To view the new task, click on the "Refresh" button of your browser when viewing the Technician Assessment page. If you fail both of the assessments for Paint or both for Body, your facility will be contacted by the Network Support Team with further instructions.
